Each flower is handcrafted individually. Please review the following before purchasing.

• Hot glue is used for assembly — adhesive marks may be visible
• Made from chenille stems — handle with care as excessive force may cause damage
• Handmade craftsmanship results in slight variations from product images

【梱包について】
配送時の破損を防ぐため、お花と袋は分けて梱包いたします。袋は折りたたんだ状態でお届けいたしますので、商品到着後にお客様ご自身で袋に入れてご使用ください。

【返品・交換について】
ハンドメイド商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。配送中の破損や商品不良の場合に限り対応いたしますので、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。

【Packaging】
To prevent damage during shipping, the flower and bag are packed separately. The bag will be delivered folded. Please insert the flower into the bag upon arrival.

【Returns & Exchanges】
Due to the handmade nature of this product, returns or exchanges for customer preference are not accepted. We will address cases of shipping damage or product defects only. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
